The site plan for the new Center utilizes the concept of ‘reaching out’ to visually and physically connect to the adjacent urban context. The design of the courtyards maintains maximum flexibility for a variety of year-round uses. The design creates a clean urban edge as a framework for flexible function spaces that are integrated with the architecture and interior programs as well as the adjacent park.
