Kirkwood Oaks is a 2-acre renovation of a portion of an existing office campus located off Kirkwood Boulevard in Southlake, Texas. The renovation includes a new lobby, leasing office and tenant amenities. The landscape design builds a formal dialogue between the new drop-off, main walk, and the surface parking to improve way-finding and the patron experience of arriving at the new vestibule building.
